Let’s Have a Serious Talk about Jobs for You
What if I told you, you can make over 10,000/= shillings and more in a week very easily and all you need is a smartphone. I know, sounds like a pyramid scheme, but hear me out. Stick with me on this article, and you’ll see. You literally have nothing to lose, why, you don’t need to pay and I know you want an alternative source of income. Don’t worry, RWAZI has got your back.
A dear very intelligent friend of mine called me and asked me a very important question. He asked me where I saw myself in ten years, and asked me to describe that future down to the shoe, the nail polish and clothes I was wearing in my imagination of me in ten years. Thinking it easy, because it is a dream but saying it, gives a reality check of what are you doing towards that? So, as a young adult, where do you see yourself in ten years? GOOD! I’ll help you get there.
We all thought that jobs will be waiting for us, but we quickly realized unemployment is a big problem among the youth not only in Kenya but also across Africa. But fear not my lovelies, I have a quick solution for you. And the solution is RWAZI. What is Rwazi you ask? Good question. Rwazi is a data collection company that provides organizations with fresh on-ground data on products and services from Africa, which gives them an insight into the market. How do they get the data, that’s where you come in.
They use a network of mappers across forty countries in Africa. On top of making data available in developing countries, it creates jobs for youths through mapping gigs that pay depending on the gig. For example, there are gigs that require you to visit companies and collect information from the company pays 2 dollars per company, that’s 20 shillings. And you get paid after mapping ten companies, so that’s 2000 shillings already. I know it sounds too good to be true, but, I can confirm that because I, in fact, am a mapper. It is not just about the collection of data, but it also exposes the mappers to circumstances that can provide good opportunities for them.
How? Mappers to interact with managers, Human resource managers, CEOs and Directors of different companies in different fields o their journey and if you play your cards right, you can establish useful long-lasting connections.
Since its establishment in 2018, Rwazi has successfully recruited 10,000 mappers across Africa. Those are 10,000 youths who otherwise would be unemployed with no source of income or very little income. In Kenya alone, Rwazi has around 400 mappers. The company targets to create 10 million mappers by 2025 and one billion by 2050. That certainly will reduce the rate of unemployment among the youths.
To be a mapper, you don’t need a fancy degree or a lot of mappers and you certainly don’t need to have work experience. The qualifications are a smartphone, basic English (to understand the mapping brief) and are 18 years of age.
